June-bearing:
The most ordinarily grown varieties are June - bearing , which grow a hard harvest of large berries over a catamenia of 2 to 3 hebdomad , most often in June — hence the name . Also known as wild strawberry , woodland hemangioma simplex , or European hemangioma simplex , all varieties are everbearing or day - electroneutral , with self - inseminate possible .
Wild:
